Shine Brick permanent makeup pigment

A multi-tasking, soft corrector, indispensable for refreshing and covering up light shadows that have gone to a cool blush or gray after a while. Recommended for use pure, without the combination of other shades from the SHINE brow line.

Can be used in the first pass to create a warm shade. Instantly neutralizes a cold tone and prepares the substrate for further work with SHINE eyebrow pigments.
